Delete your Jiujify account

You can delete your Jiujify account from inside the mobile app. You can also request account or personal data deletion by emailing jiujify@gmail.com.

What we delete

Profile data
Training logs and notes
Custom techniques
Custom lists
Optional photos uploaded to Jiujify

What may remain temporarily

Some data may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs or records needed for legal, security or compliance reasons.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Jiujify account does not automatically cancel an active Jiujify Pro subscription. To stop future billing, cancel the subscription through the store where you purchased it: Apple ID / App Store for iOS purchases, or Google Play for Android purchases.
