These terms govern the use of the Jiujify mobile application and the jiujify.com website. By using our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using Jiujify, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these terms in full. If you use the app on behalf of an organization (academy, dojo), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of service
Jiujify is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training tracker that helps you log training sessions, follow progress, streaks, techniques, goals and your sports profile. The service is offered in free and premium tiers.
3. User account
To use Jiujify you need to create an account with truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you detect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately through the app or by email.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Jiujify respectfully and in compliance with the law. The following is prohibited: creating fake accounts, adding illegal, abusive, malicious or infringing content, attempting to access other users' accounts, data or systems, using bots or automated scripts, or any activity that interferes with the normal operation or security of the app.
5. User content
You retain ownership of notes, photos, custom techniques, custom lists and training records that you add to Jiujify. You grant Jiujify a limited license to store, process, back up and display that content only as needed to operate the app. There is no public publication of this content in the current version.
6. Premium subscription
Jiujify Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features in the app, including unlimited training logs, the full technique library, custom techniques, custom lists, expanded submission radar and historical statistics. Jiujify Pro may be offered as monthly or annual plans. When available, the free trial period is 30 days. The exact price, billing period, currency and trial availability are shown before you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the rules of the app store where the subscription was purchased. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Deleting your Jiujify account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Refunds and charges are handled by Apple or Google Play according to their policies.
7. Intellectual property
Jiujify, its logo, design, code and content are owned by Jiujify or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written authorization. Using the app does not grant you any intellectual property rights over the service.
8. Training safety and limitation of liability
Jiujify is a tracking and organization tool. It does not provide medical, professional or safety advice. You are responsible for training under appropriate supervision and according to your physical condition. Jiujify is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, violations of these terms or security risks, with prior notice when possible. Upon account termination, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
11. Modifications
We may modify these terms periodically. We will notify you of substantial changes at least 30 days in advance through the app or by email. Continued use of Jiujify after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
